If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@tsumake.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be canceled if your order has yet to be processed and shipped. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Absolutely! All our kitchenware is made from high-quality, food-safe materials that meet international safety standards. Product descriptions will specify if an item is dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, or requires hand washing.
