Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refunds guidelines below:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and exchanges. 
  • Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery with supporting proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please inspect your items carefully upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Refunds:

  • Contact our Customer Support team at hello@tsumake.com with your order number and supporting proof of damaged item.
  • Once we receive your email, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • When approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please take note that should you have paid in other currencies, your bank will be responsible for the exchange rate on day of refund. We are not involved in this currency exchange process.

Please note that orders held or returned due to unpaid customs duties or import taxes are not eligible for refunds.

Your parcel may incur customs duties or taxes depending on your country’s import regulations. 

  • It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure timely payment of any applicable customs charges once the parcel arrives in their country.
  • Failure to pay these fees may result in the parcel being returned, held, or discarded by local customs authorities.
  • Tsumake is not liable for these charges and will not issue any refunds for orders returned or lost due to non-payment of customs fees.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are responsible for any import-related fees in your country.
