International Shipping

Shipping:

• We ship to the United States, Canada, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, and several countries in Europe. 
• Delivery times vary depending on your location. Most international orders arrive within 10-15 business days, some countries may take longer depending on your location and your country's customs processing time.
• Please allow extra time for customs clearance or unexpected carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
• Tsumake is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your items.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

• International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes as determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
• We recommend checking with your local customs office for details on any potential fees before ordering.
• Should the recipient refuse delivery of their order because of customs charges, the package will be deemed abandoned and discarded by the shipping carrier. In this case, the order will not qualify for a refund.

By placing an order with Tsumake, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You may be charged additional customs duties or taxes upon the arrival of your parcel.
• These charges are assessed and collected by your local customs authority, and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
• Tsumake is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed once the package has left our facility.

It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure any applicable import charges are paid upon delivery. Failure to do so may result in delays or returns, for which Tsumake cannot be held liable.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your item ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your home.
• Tracking is included but delivery date is not guaranteed. Once your order has shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the shipping address.
